Should you wish to return goods to us due to their being faulty or if you are a customer and wish to cancel your order please contact us either by telephone on 0845 869 8960 or in writing to The Glam Camping Company Ltd School House, School Road, Miskin, Mid Glamorgan CF72 8PG or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Should the goods we deliver be faulty or damaged, you should contact us by the above methods within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods and return the goods to us promptly.
The goods are deemed faulty if :
(1) They do not correspond with description/design selected.
(2) There is a manufacturing fault or hidden defect, which was present at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept returned goods not in their original condition, at our own discretion.
Please note that all returns of goods are made at your own cost and risk until they are returned safely to us. We recommend that UK customers send the goods to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery or some other form of insured postage.
Please retain your shipping or postal documentation so that we can complete your request in the event of goods being lost in transit.
We will inform you as soon as we receive the returned goods and we will then process your request either by a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
